Description:

This workshop is a must for parents of children aged 3-12 years. You will gain practical tips on how to get kids to stop doing the things that drive you crazy (like arguing, demanding, temper tantrums and fighting) and start doing the things you want them to do. Learn how to manage and effectively encourage children’s behaviour, with the aim of decreasing emotional stress for both the parent and the child.

During this dynamic workshop, Hilary Henshaw will demonstrate user-friendly, musical activities that every adult can use to enhance young children’s language, emergent literacy and communication skills. Ideas will also be included to finish the year on a high note, celebrate holidays and begin next year in a positive, harmonious way. Hilary is an accredited member of the National Speakers Association of Australia, and combines her talents as a professional singer, actor and presenter to deliver this interactive workshop.
