Computers: Getting Started – The Next Step
This course is designed for people who would like to learn more about the Microsoft Office suite of products. Skills learnt will include creating documents and an introduction to spreadsheets, emails and web sites.

Computers: Advanced
Would you like to get the most out of your computer this course gives you a step up on what you know. Topics include 2007 Word, Publisher, Power Point and Excel.

Photoshop (Introduction)
Gain the fundamental skills needed to create, edit and manipulate images, photos and graphics. Explore the program's sophisticated range of tools for pixel selection, painting, adjusting grey and colour levels in continuous tone, working with layers, automating your electronic artwork and much more. Basic computer skills required.

Web Design
Thought it impossible to build your own web site?, think again…! With this workshop your tutor Peter will take you though the steps in learning to create your own web site and how to maintain it.

Massage – Introduction
Held over 2 days, this course will look at Hand Movements, Benefits of Massage, a brief look at the Muscular System relating to the back, Massage Oils, Exercises and posture, plus practical work in learning the techniques of a basic swedish massage. A Certificate of Attendance will be given upon successful completion of the course.

Massage – Level 1
Massage is hands-on therapy for the treatment of pain and illness. Massage can reduce stress, improve circulation, relieve aches and pains and increase the feeling of well-being. In this course you will learn the basics of massage. Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a Certificate of Participation, and if they wish they can apply to the Australian Massage Association to become a member.

Hot Stones Massage
This powerful Polynesian massage technique will leave any ‘body’ feeling more relaxed and reconnected than ever before. The deep penetrating heat of the stones prepares the body for deeper work relieving pain and cleansing the body.

Indian Head Massage
This ancient technique has been practiced for over a thousand years in India, being passed down from generation to generation. Learn this unique technique to work on yourself and your friends.

Remedial, Trigger Point & Myofascial (Sports Massage)
Garry, the tutor is a qualified masseur who has been teaching massage for many years throughout Victoria. He has worked as a masseur for the AFL and Women’s Golf Australia.

English as a Second Language
Come along and practice your English skills. Emphasis is placed on spoken English. If you arrived in Australia last month or last decade, this is the course for you.

Spanish – Introduction

Your tutor will take you though the steps in learning Italian, there are no exams or assignments, just a group of people learning another language in a relaxed setting.
