Trade Training

At the completion of this course applicants will be able to carry out the duties of a basic rigger. Generally most Construction & Plant Maintenance duties will require the services of a rigger. National Worksafe accreditation is issued on successful completion.

At the completion of this course applicants will be able to safely identify a confined space, hazards applicable to confined spaces & methods to control these hazards. On successful completion of this course applicants are issued with Nationally recognised certification for working in a confined space.

Also known as White Card training (formerly Red Card). After completing this course participants will have a basic knowledge of OH&S legislative requirements and of the roles and responsibilities as a professional involved in the construction industry.
This course is endorsed by & meets the requirements of Worksafe Authorities Nationally concerning induction training for the building & construction industry. The “Construction Induction Card” issued upon successful completion of the course is issued by Worksafe
Victoria & legally entitles the holder for entry to building & construction sites throughout AUSTRALIA. -
At the completion of this course applicants will have the ability to safely carry out dogging duties. The valuable skills learned on this course will enable applicants to com-plete every aspect of load lifting with confidence. National Worksafe accreditation is issued on successful completion.

At the completion of this course applicants will be able to safely inspect & use an Elevated Work Platform. Most trades in most industries require their workers to gain access to jobs at heights. National Worksafe accreditation is issued on successful completion.

This course provides managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills to assist them to fulfil their duties and responsibilities under the OHS Act 2004 and OHS Regulations 2007.

At the completion of this course participants will be able to select chainsaw & safety equipment that meet regulatory guidelines, perform inspections & daily maintenance on a chainsaw, sharpen a chainsaw chain & crosscut fallen timber on the ground.
