Upon successful completion of each program you will receive a Certificate.

Bar:
This course is recognised by industry and employers for people seeking work in venues such as pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, cafes and function centers. The bar component is conducted in a real bar.

Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures: (SITXOHS002A)
This unit deals with the skills and knowledge required to follow key hygiene procedures which apply in hospitality and tourism enterprises. It is particularly relevant to staff working in kitchens, housekeeping, food and beverage, and tour operations involving the preparation of food.
Pre- Requisites: There is pre-requisite for this package enrollees must be 18 years of age or over.
