Responsible Serving of Alcohol:
Responsible serving practices are aimed at ensuring staff
are skilled and knowledgeable and provide the best possible
protection against possible breaches of the current Liquor
Act by serving minors, unduly intoxicated or disorderly patrons.
Bar:
This course is recognised by industry and employers for people
seeking work in venues such as pubs, nightclubs, restaurants,
cafes and function centers. The bar component is conducted
in a real bar.
Customer Service:
Customer service is an integral part of our job and should
not be seen as an extension of it. A company’s most
vital asset is its customers.
Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures: (SITXOHS002A)
This unit deals with the skills and knowledge required to
follow key hygiene procedures which apply in hospitality and
tourism enterprises. It is particularly relevant to staff
working in kitchens, housekeeping, food and beverage, and
tour operations involving the preparation of food.
Pre- Requisites: There is pre-requisite for this package enrollees
must be 18 years of age or over.
