HOW TO ENROL
– 3 EASY STEPS
STEP 1 Enrol in person,
by phone (or fill out an enrolment form and drop
it into our office).
Please enrol as early as possible as courses
require minimum numbers to proceed.
Payment must be made at time of enrolment.
We take Cash, Cheques, Bankcard, MasterCard,
Visa and EFTPOS.
STEP 2 Our friendly staff
will inform you if there is anything you will need to bring for
your particular class, the location and which door to use after
hours.
STEP 3 Enjoy your experience
at Wimmera Hub. We want to hear how your experience was and how
we can improve our services. We are always interested in your feedback
and any course suggestions you might have.
(If we don't have your desired course, feel
free to fill out an expression of interst form and drop it off at
our offices)
Refunds
Wimmera Hub cannot be responsible for changes
in participants’ circumstances. Please choose your courses
carefully. You will only be eligible for a refund from government-funded
training (less the minimum charge) if you give us notice in writing
within four weeks of the commencement of the course.
Non-funded courses require a minimum of five
working days notice prior to the commencement of the course. Refunds
will be made in full if Wimmera Hub has to cancel a course. All
refunds will be made by cheque.
Fees
The course fee for ACFE sponsored classes
is $55.00 minimum tuition fee for up to 40 hours of training. If
you wish, you may combine any of our ACFE short classes + $10 per
course for amenity fees, notes, and printouts. Please feel free
to discuss any concerns about our fee structure with our friendly
staff. We believe everyone has the right to training.
Concession Price
The concession price applies to ACFE sponsored
courses for participants able to provide a health care card, seniors
card or full-time student card. Concessions on other courses may
apply. |
