This course is an accredited entry level training program for people wishing to pursue a career in the education industry.

Course Delivery

The course is offered via classroom or distance delivery.

Students will study 14 theory subjects and will also be required to do a 'work placement' where you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a teacher's assistant role. This will enable you to apply the theories and skills you have studied, and use them in an everyday classroom environment.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. It is assumed that all participants will be literate in English.
